Samples should be sent to Pete Bunn on Oahu except for soil samples from Hawaii island (Big Island), which are restricted from shipment to all outer islands due to the State of Hawaii DOA quarantine on rapid ohia death (ROD).

Soil samples cannot be sent directly to Brookside Labs in Ohio from any island in the state of Hawaii without contacting Pete for all of the required forms and permits.
